Informa plc is ranked #1 in the media sector globally in the prestigious Dow Jones Sustainability Indices 2022

For the second year in a row Informa has been ranked number one in the global media and entertainment sector of the prestigious Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI).

This is the fifth time Informa has been included in the DJSI, which measures the performance of the world’s leading companies against environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria. With a score of 79 out of 100, Informa achieved its highest ever rating, a result of continued work across the Group to embed ESG into all aspects of the business.

Stephen Carter, Group Chief Executive, Informa PLC comments: “ESG is a critical focus for Informa so it is great to see our efforts recognised in the DJSI. Through FasterForward, we have a clear plan to further increase the positive impact we have on all our communities, stakeholders and the environment.”

Introduced in 2020, FasterForward is a five-year plan which sets out ambitious commitments across a wide range of activities, covering Informa’s business operations, its brands and products as well as broader community impact.

ENTRY TO VIETNAM INFORMATION

REMOVE SARS-COV-2 TEST REQUIREMENT FROM 00:00, 15 May 2022

Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam signed Official Telegram 416/CD-TTg on 13 May 2022 of the Prime Minister on the suspension of the requirement to be tested for SARS-CoV-2 virus before entering Vietnam. Temporarily suspending the requirement to be tested for the SARS-CoV-2 virus before entering Vietnam from 00:00 on May 15, 2022. All previous visa restrictions have been removed. For any questions about Vietnam visas, temporary residence, customs procedures and immigration, please contact the competent immigration authority of Vietnam.

BILATERAL EXEMPTION OF ENTRY VISA

Vietnam has signed visa exemption agreements with 90 countries, including 02 agreements with Namibia and Ethiopia that have not yet taken effect.

UNILATERAL EXEMPTION OF ENTRY VISA

Vietnam unilaterally exempts visas for citizens of 13 countries: Russia, Japan, Korea, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, UK, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy. Belarus and for officials of the ASEAN Secretariat with a stay of not more than 15 days, if the following conditions are met:

Have a valid passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.
The time of entry must be at least 30 days from the time of exit under the previous visa exemption category.
